Move the coffee spout to each cup and pour between the two red lines. The closer to the green line in the middle, the bigger the tip. Pour above the top red line and the cup overflows. Run out of patience before reaching the bottom red line and the customer walks out. VIP customers tip double, but they lose patience much faster and have a tighter pour margin.
