You walk, everything else fires on its own, and the swarm never stops. Drag anywhere to move, or use WASD and the arrow keys; your weapons aim at whatever is closest. Walk over the gems the dead leave behind to level up, and each level lets you pick what gets stronger. Thirty minutes is a full run and almost nobody sees the end of it.
